After we receive your order, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. 

To make a return please contact customer service. Return all shipped purchases to the address provided by customer service.

All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. Damaged items will not receive a refund.

Items have to be returned with an original invoice, and within 60 days of the initial date of purchase. Keyola will offer an exchange or full refund in the original form of payment.

After 60 days of the original date of purchase, Keyola will give an exchange or merchandise credit for the purchase price.

Without an invoice, Keyola will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

Refunds will be released within 5 working days after we receive the package.

To fit a man for a suit, you need a cloth measuring tape, a friend's help, and some basic steps. Here are some of the main measurements you need to take:

• - Neck: Wrap the tape around the neck where a buttoned collar would be.
• - Chest: Wrap the tape around the chest under the arms and over the shoulder blades, while keeping both arms relaxed by the sides.
• - Over-arm: Measure across the back from one shoulder to the other, behind the neck.
• - Shoulder: Measure along the curve from one shoulder bone to the other.
• - Sleeve: Measure from the shoulder bone to the elbow and then to the wrist bone, with the arm relaxed by the side.
• - Waist: Wrap the tape around the waist four fingers below the belly button.
• - Hip: Wrap the tape around the hips at the widest point of the buttocks.
• - Inside leg: Measure from the crotch to the floor along the inside part of the leg.

Once you have these measurements, compare them to the designer’s size chart. It’s essential to order the largest size that corresponds to your measurements. For example:

• If your chest fits a size M,
• Your waist fits a size L, and
• Your hips fit a size S,
