Standard Shipping 7-12 days

​Generally, shipping is mainly calculated by weight and area. The price for the shipping method will show accordingly. Please note customizable garments may take up to 30 days for delivery.

After we receive your order, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. 

To make a return please contact customer service. Return all shipped purchases to the address provided by customer service.

All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. Damaged items will not receive a refund.

Items have to be returned with an original invoice, and within 60 days of the initial date of purchase. Keyola will offer an exchange or full refund in the original form of payment.

After 60 days of the original date of purchase, Keyola will give an exchange or merchandise credit for the purchase price.

Without an invoice, Keyola will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

Refunds will be released within 5 working days after we receive the package.

To ensure a perfect fit for the dress, I’ll need the following measurements from you:

• Bust: Measure around your back and under your arms at the fullest part of your bust while wearing the undergarments you plan to wear with the dress.
• Waist: Stand up straight and bend to one side; the crease created is your natural waist. Wrap the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
• Hips: Stand with your feet together and wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and butt.

Once you have these measurements, compare them to the designer’s size chart. It’s essential to order the largest size that corresponds to your measurements. For example:

• If your bust fits a size 12,
• Your waist fits a size 10, and
• Your hips fit a size 8,

I recommend ordering a size 12 and getting the dress altered for a custom fit. Wedding apparel sizes can differ from regular retail clothing, so don’t be surprised if you need a larger size than your usual dress size. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! We are here to help.
