Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when a promotion states otherwise. However, we offer free shipping for orders that exceed $100.00 in value.

This is our way of thanking you for choosing us.

Cost of shipping is determined by state and current USPS rates. 

We process orders after we receive payment.
It usually takes 3-5 work days to process orders prior to shipping.
Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. Regional variations apply.


Three shipping methods as following:
Flat Rate Shipping 15-20 days
Standard Shipping 10-15 days
Expedited Shipping 5-8 days
You choose one of the shipping methods when you place an order.

There is a weight limit for flat/standard shipping, if it is overweight, expedited shipping is the best choice for the order.

Generally, shipping is mainly calculated by weight and area. At time of order, you choose the shipping method. The price for the shipping method will show accordingly. Please note customizable garments may take up to 30 days for delivery.


After we receive your order, every item will undergo strict quality control in order to ensure the product's quality. 

Return and Exchange Policy

To make a return please contact customer service. Return all shipped purchases to the address provided by customer service.

All items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. Damaged items will not receive a refund.

Items have to be returned with an original invoice, and within 60 days of the initial date of purchase. Keyola will offer an exchange or full refund in the original form of payment.

After 60 days of the original date of purchase, Keyola will give an exchange or merchandise credit for the purchase price.

Without an invoice, Keyola will exchange or provide a merchandise credit for the lowest selling price.

Refunds will be released within 5 working days after we receive the package.

Refund Policy

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unavailability of any of our products. If you have placed an order for an item that is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the following options:

- You can wait until the item is back in stock and we will ship it to you as soon as possible.
- You can cancel your order and receive a full refund within 3-5 business days of your original payment date.
- You can choose a different item of equal or lesser value. We will ship it to you as soon as possible.
